       If within one year of your initial property inspection you would prefer to exchange your home-site for another lot, North Carolina Dreams, Inc. agrees to transfer 100% of your principal equity^* to any other property then being currently offered by North Carolina Dreams, Inc. at an equal or greater value.

       This guarantee is available to all purchasers with the understanding that all property payments must be current at the time of equity transfer. All costs in connection with the exchange, such as title searches, recording fees, transfer taxes, legal fees, title insurance premiums, and other closing costs relating to any transfer is the responsibility of the individual requesting such transfer.

       ^*The PRINCIPAL EQUITY is your down payment plus all money paid on the principal balance of your mortgage obligation.

       Remember, there is a one year limit on this guarantee, and the exchange needs to be an equal or greater value property.
